This gift card is for facial treatments and products at O Skin Med Spa only. It cannot be used for medical treatments. Gift card must be presented upon arrival to the spa to redeem for a treatment. Treatments will not be honored without presenting the physical gift card. Reservations recommended. Treat this card as cash. It cannot not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

What type of gift card is this?
This is a physical gift card that will be mailed to the shipping address entered during checkout.
What can this gift card be used for?
This gift card can only be used at the O Skin Med Spa for facial treatments and product purchases. It cannot be redeemed for any medical treatments. If you want to purchase a gift card for our skincare products, click here.
Can I send this gift card to someone else and add a message?
Yes. After this item is added to the cart, a pop up will appear when the cart is viewed with an option to send the card as a gift. The recipient's information as well as a gift message can be added here. Make sure the recipient's shipping address is entered during checkout.
Does this gift card expire?
No. Any remaining value will stay on the card.
What if there is a remaining balance on my card?
You can keep using your card until the balance is $0. Please do not lose the card. It is legally considered equivalent to cash. If the card is lost we are not responsible and the card is non-refundable and non-replaceable.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
In the state of California gift cards are legally considered equivalent to cash and do not expire. Therefore, the gift card must be presented as payment. Similarly, if the gift card is lost it cannot be replaced or refunded.
