For nearly two years, she sometimes had one client a day — and sometimes none.


“It’s really hard when you’re starting up.”


There were financial pressures and moments of doubt. Building a clientele from scratch required resilience few people see once success arrives.

The Moment That Defined Her Mindset

One story from her early days perfectly captures her determination.


During a facial treatment, the ventilation vacuum detached from the ceiling mid-service. The equipment malfunctioned while her client lay on the table with a mask on.


Instead of panicking or stopping the treatment, Olivia grabbed a chair and tried to fix it herself.


“I was trying to jump, jump, jump… I couldn’t even reach it.”


The situation was stressful and chaotic — but she finished the treatment. That moment became symbolic of her approach to business: no excuses, no quitting halfway.
