Before your appointment: Come with clean, makeup-free skin. Skip serums, creams, and oils on the day of treatment. Increase your water intake a few days prior and avoid sun exposure and tanning beds. Let us know about any medications or recent procedures at your consultation.

During the treatment: Sessions typically take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area being treated. You'll feel warmth as the handpiece moves across the skin — gentle and steady. No needles, no topical anesthetic, no preparation beyond clean skin. Most clients relax completely during the session.
